| Q | How do I vote at the National Convention, and more importantly, how do I vote if I can't attend? | | A | If you plan to attend the convention, we ask that you cast your vote in person at the convention during the allotted time for balloting. However, if you do not plan to attend the convention, you have the opportunity to cast your vote via an absentee ballot using an online system that we have prepared for that purpose. To vote via Absentee Ballot, simply fill out the the Absentee Ballot Request Form. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email directing you to the online balloting where you may cast your vote. Your vote will be recorded as a secret ballot with no identifying information, however, the system will notify the Election Committee that you have voted. For more information, please contact the National Director of Alumni Affairs. Please note that only alumni who have paid dues and registered in the National Brotherhood Directory may vote using the email addressed you have on record with the fraternity. | | Q | What do I need to do to access the LambdaNET?
| | A | To gain access to the LambdaNET and enjoy all the benefits of being an Active Alumni of our great fraternity, you must first pay your dues through the Payment Center and then update / register with the National Brotherhood Directory. You must have active status (Active Alumni or Active Undergraduate Brother) to access the LambdaNET. After registering (or updating your information) in the Directory, please wait 2 - 3 business days for your profile to be verified by the administration.
